By entering, you accept these Terms & Conditions. They form the entire agreement between you and the Promoter in relation to this promotion. Any instructions on how to enter form part of these terms.
3.1 Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
(a) are 18 years of age or older; and
(b) are permanent residents of Queensland, Australia.
3.2 The following people are not eligible: directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter; the immediate families of those people; and any agency associated with this promotion. “Immediate family” means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
3.3 Residents of other Australian states and territories may submit their details to the Promoter and may receive the Promoter’s services and communications, but are not eligible to enter the prize draw and cannot win the prize.
3.4 Entries submitted by anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria will be invalid, and any prize awarded in error may be withdrawn.
4.1 Entries open at 9:00am AEST on Friday 11 September 2026.
4.2 Entries close at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 13 September 2026.
4.3 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. The Promoter’s system clock determines the time of receipt.
5.1 To enter, during the promotional period, visit the Time Home Loans stand at the Brisbane Home Show, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, scan the QR code displayed at the stand, and complete the entry form in full.
5.2 The entry form requires your first name, last name, email address, mobile telephone number and state of residence. Incomplete entries are invalid.
5.3 To submit an entry you must confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter by email and SMS. Consent to marketing communications is a condition of entry. You may withdraw that consent at any time after entering, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS, and withdrawing consent will not affect a validly submitted entry.
5.4 No purchase necessary. Entry to this promotion is free. Admission to the Brisbane Home Show is free to the public, and no purchase of any kind is required to enter or to win.
5.5 One entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same individual, only the first valid entry will be included in the draw. The Promoter may identify duplicate entries by email address, mobile number, name or any other reasonable means.
5.6 Entries must be submitted by the person entering. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, entries generated by automated means, and entries that the Promoter reasonably believes to be fraudulent will be invalid.
5.7 Each entrant must have a valid email address and mobile telephone number that they own or are authorised to use.
6.1 There is one (1) prize: a Bunnings Warehouse gift card to the value of five hundred Australian dollars ($500 AUD).
6.2 The total prize pool is $500 AUD, inclusive of GST.
6.3 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.4 The gift card is subject to the terms, conditions and expiry provisions imposed by its issuer. The Promoter is not responsible for the gift card’s terms of use, its expiry, or any refusal by the issuer or any retailer to honour it.
6.5 If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
6.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax consequences arising from the prize. Entrants should seek independent advice.
7.1 This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7.2 The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 at Level 8, 490 Upper Edward Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000.
7.3 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
7.4 The Promoter will make and retain a record of the draw.
7.5 The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.1 The winner will be notified by telephone and by email within two (2) business days of the draw, using the contact details provided in their entry.
8.2 It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details and to monitor them. The Promoter is not responsible for entries containing incorrect contact details, or for notifications that are not received because of the entrant’s email filtering, network or device.
9.1 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
9.2 The Promoter may require the winner to provide evidence of their identity, age and Queensland residency before the prize is awarded. A prize will not be awarded where satisfactory evidence is not provided.
9.3 The prize will be delivered by post to an Australian address nominated by the winner, or collected in person from the Promoter’s Spring Hill office, at the winner’s election.
10.1 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility criteria, or does not claim the prize by the date in clause 9.1, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
10.2 Any redraw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 21 October 2026 at the address in clause 7.2, on the same basis as the original draw, and clauses 8 to 10 apply to any redrawn winner.
11.1 The winner’s first name and suburb of residence may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels from Thursday 17 September 2026 for a period of at least 28 days.
11.2 By entering, you consent to publication in accordance with clause 11.1 if you are the winner. No surname, photograph or contact detail will be published without your separate written permission.
12.1 The Promoter collects the personal information you provide in your entry — your name, email address, mobile telephone number and state of residence — in order to conduct this promotion, contact you about your entry, award the prize, and (with your consent under clause 5.3) send you marketing communications about home loans and the Promoter’s services.
12.2 The Promoter cannot conduct the promotion or contact you about a prize without this information.
12.3 Your personal information will be stored in the Promoter’s customer relationship management systems, which are provided by third-party service providers who may store data outside Australia. The Promoter takes reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
12.4 Your personal information will not be sold. It may be disclosed to the Promoter’s service providers and, where required, to regulatory authorities.
12.5 You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information the Promoter holds about you, and you may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, by contacting [email protected]. 12.6 You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS.
13.1 The Promoter may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms, engages in conduct that is unlawful or that damages the Promoter’s reputation, or acts in a manner intended to disrupt the promotion.
13.2 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received for any reason, including technical failure, network unavailability or device failure.
14.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize, however arising.
14.3 Subject to clause 14.1, the Promoter’s total liability in connection with this promotion is limited to the value of the prize.
15.1 If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any written direction from a relevant regulatory authority, amend these terms, suspend the promotion, or cancel the promotion.
15.2 The Promoter will publish any amendment at https://timehomeloans.com.au/home-show-terms-conditions.
16.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Bunnings Group Limited. Bunnings is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility in relation to this promotion.
16.2 This promotion is conducted by the Promoter as an exhibitor and is not conducted by, sponsored by or associated with the organisers of the Brisbane Home Show.
17.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
17.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed, and the remaining provisions continue in force.
17.3 A failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
