You don’t pay Time Home Loans a broker fee for a home loan at any stage. The lender you choose pays us a commission when the loan settles and a smaller ongoing commission while it runs. We disclose those amounts to you in writing before you apply.
How many lenders does Time Home Loans compare?
We compare loans from a panel of 50+ lenders: major banks, regional banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders. Which ones suit you depends on your income, deposit, property and goals, so we narrow the list to the few that genuinely fit.
Do you only help clients in Brisbane?
No. We are based at Level 6, 200 Adelaide Street in the Brisbane CBD and help clients Australia wide by phone and video. Most of the process, including signing documents, can be done online.
