1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to Queensland (QLD) residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are ineligible.
1.3 Entry is free and no purchase is required.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on Friday 19 September 2025 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 21 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter
3.1 During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete the entry form at the Promoter’s Brisbane Home Show stand and/or via the designated online landing page, providing first name, last name, email, mobile and postcode, and accepting these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.3 Consent to receive marketing is optional and not a condition of entry.
4. Prize
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the “Ninja Outdoor Pack” comprising:
a) 1 × Ninja FrostVault 47L Hard Cooler with Dry Zone – Lakeshore Blue (RRP AUD $499.99);
b) 1 × Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven (model OO101/OO101ANZ or equivalent) (RRP AUD $699.99);
c) 1 × Ninja Nutri‑Blender Pro with Auto‑IQ (model BN500 or equivalent) (RRP AUD $199.99).
4.2 Total maximum prize value is AUD $1,399.97 (incl. GST).
4.3 The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. If any item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value, subject to applicable laws.
5. Draw, Notification & Claiming
5.1 The winner will be determined by random draw conducted by the Promoter at Level 8, 490 Upper Edward Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000 at 3:00pm AEST on Friday 17 October 2025.
5.2 The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s first name, suburb and state may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social channels for at least seven (7) days.
5.3 If the winner does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, or reasonable attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same location and time on a date being at least fourteen (14) days after the original draw. The redraw winner (if any) will be contacted by phone and email within two (2) business days.
6. Delivery
6.1 Prize delivery within Queensland will be arranged by the Promoter at no cost to the winner, or collection can be arranged from the Promoter’s office by appointment.
6.2 Risk in the prize passes to the winner on delivery or collection.
7. Privacy
7.1 The Promoter collects personal information to administer the promotion and contact entrants. If an entrant also consents to marketing, the Promoter may use the entrant’s details to send home‑loan tips, news and offers. Entrants may opt out at any time.
7.2 Personal information may be disclosed to service providers solely for administration of this promotion (e.g., email/SMS platforms, data storage).

8. General
8.1 The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the prize.
