We have used Time Hime Loans twice now and won’t go anywhere else. Shoheel was great. We had a tight turnaround time to arrange finance after the sale of our place in order to be able to put forward an attractive offer to buy our new home. We had our finance sorted well before our buyers did, and they had 2 extra days. In today’s market, this kind of efficiency can be the difference in being able to buy your home. It was the difference for us.We have recommended Shoheel and the team at time to our closest friends. A good broker is such a relief throughout what is generally quite a stressful period!

Went to 3 brokers to see how competitive they were, Youeil from Time Home Loans was head and shoulders above the rest. He was extremely informative and transparent. Went through every detail of how my offers were calculated. Explained everything clearly, and still allowed me the choice of how to structure my loan. There was never any pressure to go in any particular direction. Also helped set up the legal and insurance aspects which was extremely helpful. Buying was easy as I directed the agent to Youeil, who explained and confirmed my financial position. Always made himself available when needed. Have recommended him to family and close friends. Highly recommended to talk to him and see for yourself.

The team is very professional and works extremely hard. We were using a dud broker before that caused all sorts of issues for us. I rarely write reviews but in this instance I just couldn’t let the phenomenal work of Youeil, Alyse and the team go unacknowledged. Youeil came very highly recommended after I had issues with a former broker. I spoke with him and knew instantly that I wanted him representing me. Along with Alyse, Youeil secured me the exact loan conditions I wanted, from the interest, the fixed element, fees - the works, and they did it fast. They actively communicate and I never found myself waiting for information or left in the dark. They give clear instructions and take you through the paperwork and other complexities of a loan process like it’s a walk in the park.I could go on, but trust me - if you’re are looking for someone to get you the best deal and to really look after you give these guys a call.

I was recommended to contact Time Home Loans for home loan brokerage. Youeil made contact with me initially to arrange a suitable time to meet either in person or via zoom, he was very flexible with times and made sure it was convenient for me. After initial contact Alyse followed up with a very informative and easy to understand email outlining the steps I had to complete prior to our zoom meeting. What I found very helpful as a first homebuyer and new to the process was Alyse’s quick and friendly responses to my questions during the setup phase. I then met with Youeil via Zoom. At the start of the meeting I was impressed that he wanted to know my situation and expectations first rather than trying to sell a process that may not have necessarily applied to me. We chatted for 50 minutes - Youeil was very professional, informative and knowledgeable about the process and thoroughly answered all questions. What I found excellent was his honest, tailored and non rushed responses rather than giving basic script answers you could find on google. So far an excellent experience with this team, and look forward to the next steps.

We met Youeil at an open house. After being unhappy with our previous experience with a different mortgage broker, we were hesitant but he told us to check out his reviews on here then contact him if we wanted to, putting no pressure on us at all. There were so many glowing reviews we thought they were too good to be true. After meeting with him and discussing our goals, we put an offer on our first house and they secured us the loan for it within 2 weeks. Despite this, Ruan and Daniel have been incredibly kind and patient with us, taking the time to educate us on the next steps required to achieve our goals. In a few months we will be ready to proceed and we will definitely use Time Home Loans to source our first investment loan.

As a first home buyer, I found the team at Time Home Loans to be extremely helpful. After my first appointment via video call with Youeil my mind was at ease. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Time Home Loans whilst building our first home, during a pandemic no less! From our very first meeting with Patrick, we came away feeling confident in our financial position and lending ability. He, Hamish and Heidi were always very responsive to our messages and emails, often after hours, and we felt very looked-after in an unprecedented time of uncertainty and change.
